Silene is an elegant, display, serif typeface inspired by 20th century calligraphy and transitional typefaces. The Roman style is paired with classic and dynamic Italics. Silene has a quiet big x-height value, modern proportions, sharp terminals and an extreme stroke contrast with a diagonal stress. The letterforms are elegant and have beautiful, polished details. Silene is a great choice for fashion projects, headlines, titles, posters, packagings, covers and logotypes but can be also successfully used in some occasional texts.
